Tasks
Lead and manage IT and software development projects from conception to completion. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Identify risks and issues and develop effective resolution strategies. Ensure communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Report project progress to management and stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in leading IT or software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management software and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
