Our self-developed Metahaptics technology is not only patented, but also technologically leading. At the end of 2021, we acquired a company and added the Ghost Suite to our product solution as SDK software.We are looking for a full-time sales employee (m/f/d) for our rapidly growing team just outside Berlin in Potsdam-Babelsberg .

Tasks

Our goal is to Sensit! to bring the valuation to 100 million. We are looking for a sales employee (m/f/d) who will play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. You will work closely with our business development and partnerships manager and product development team. Your creative ideas and strategies will help effectively reach our target groups and shape our company's sales. Key Responsibilities:Identifying and acquiring new customers through networking activities, cold calling and referral marketing.Use of all sales channels, especially social mediaAttending networking and industry events as well as trade fairs. Organization of appointments for interested parties. Carrying out product presentations, sales negotiations and preparing offers. Achievement of defined sales targets and monthly sales quotas.Analyzing the market and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.Strategic and operational participation in our B2B sales

qualification

High independence and can-do mindset. Agility and flexibility are required.You can prioritize well and are solution-oriented. Strong analytical skills. Creativity and joy of innovation. You have very good communication skills in German and English.
